I started choosing my word of the year for the past 2 years I believe. Do I follow through? Ehh at times but it does gear me into how I want to lead the year.
Last year my word was Fearless.
This year without hesitation I chose the word LOVE. Not the romance type of love but to lead with love, do everything in love, but most importantly to love myself.
2022 I want to do things I love and lead with love.

I feel that if we start with love the rest will fall into place and life is short to be doing anything without love? If you don’t love it find a way to or say adios!
& yes, hopefully, if it’s meant to be, being in LOVE would be the cherry on top :).
